Vaporizes coatings such as paint, e-coat, or powder coating while leaving the underlying surface intact. Selective coating removal eliminates the need for part masking and enables faster, more precise manufacturing processes.

SURFACE PREPARATION 

Removes oxidation and other contaminants from metal surfaces prior to downstream processing. For example, cleaning before welding improves weld quality by effectively removing oxides and enhancing surface condition. 

INCREASE BONDING PERFORMANCE 

Prepares parts for bonding by removing oxides, oil, dust, and other contaminants that can interfere with bond strength. The laser can also texture the surface to promote stronger mechanical interlocking.
